Brownfield Becomes Professional Office

The small property size of the former tire service center was a challenge to developers, but the appeal of the Brownfield incentives and liability protections made the project a success.  

After Hart & Hickman conducted UST removal and addressed other soil and ground water impacts with the State, construction of the new structure began.

This project was spurred by redevelopment along a new light rail corridor, and is in close proximity to a rail stop.  Retail shops and restraraunts are just walking distance away.
