Nissan Dealership buys Concord Brownfield

The City of Concord utilized their EPA Assessment Grant funds to assess a former automotive garage, which was subsequently purchased and redeveloped by Modern Nissan. 

Hart & Hickman conducted a Phase I environmental site assessment and a Phase II assessment to address a UST release at the site and an off-site chlorinated solvent plume. 

The new owner, Modern Nissan, subsequently constructed a $7,000,000 state-of-the-art dealership and later purchased the property next door for a second Modern Hyundai dealership.
