Crosland Wins Award for Alpha Mill Brownfield Redevelopment
The Crosland Group, a regionally recognized developer committed to historic preservation relied on Hart & Hickman to innovatively integrating the remedial solutions into the site design to redevelop the 100-year old historic Alpha Mill as private residences. Crosland was rewarded for their diligent efforts by receiving the 2007 Adaptive Reuse Project of the Year Award from Multi-Housing News. Hart & Hickman is very pleased to have been an integral part to such a successful Brownfield revitalization project.
