The EPA as released the grant guidelines for Assessment, Cleanup, and Revolving Loan Fund grants.  The FY2010 guidelines are similar to last year's.  There are a few changes for the FY2010 guidelines:

• Cleanup Grant applicants must own the property when you apply for the grant. 
• Only new RLF applicants may apply in FY2010 (existing grantees will be able to apply for extensions in 2010).
• Will not be able to submit proposals through Grants.gov. An alternate email address has been provided in the guidelines.
