Hart & Hickman

Hart & Hickman was chosen by the Catawba Regional Council of Governments in Rock Hill, South Carolina to conduct Brownfield assessments and remediation planning for prperties in the Rock Hill Textile Corridor located in their historic downtown district. Grant-funded activities have focused primarily on mill district properties near the City-center and Winthrop University areas.
