Grant Closure

The City of Wadley's Brownfield assessment grant ended on September 30, 2009. Final closure documents were submitted to EPA on November 30, 2009.  The City successfully completed numerous environmental assessments and was able to transact the Edwards Property into the City's ownership.  This transfer saved the property from a low end use such as storage.
