The Edwards Property is located only one block from the City's down town. This 1.77-acre property has three buildings, two of which may have architectural or historical value. The property was first developed prior to 1922 as a general merchandise store. The property is zoned Central Business District and water, sewer and electric utilites are already in place. The property is currently City owned and available for sale or lease.
