The Piedmont Triad COG was awarded a $200,000 EPA Brownfields Grant for assessment of hazardous substance at Brownfield properties. The COG's Planning Director, Paul Kron, is managing the program.  Please visit the PTCOG Brownfields website.

Grant funds were utilized in the City of Lexington for assessment of the former Lexington Home Brands property, an integral part of the City's Depot District redevelopment area.  More information about this redevelopment is available on the City's Community Development website.
