The draft cleanup grant application is posted below, simply click on the link to revew the word document.  Millen is applying for these funds to  address environmental concerns at the SOC Station.  The cleanup would include soil excavation, underground storage tank excavation, and building demolition.  Although typically not permitted with grant funds, the underground storage tanks are located so close to the building that the building will need to be removed to pull the tanks.
