Former Hollar Hosiery Mill Phase II ESA
February 19, 2010Phase II ESA field assessment activities were completed at the former Hollar Hosiery Mill property on April 28 and 29, 2009, and May 18, 2009.
Brownfield Phase II ESA assessment data indicated that additional assessment or engineering controls may be required for the property prior to redevelopment. The property was recently sold and redevelopment plans are currently being developed. As part of the planning, the developer is evaluating entering the property into the North Carolina Brownfields Program.
