Phase I ESAs Completed for Former SDS Properties

Two Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) were completed by Hart & Hickman, PC, the Town’s selected environmental consultant. The former SDS Medical Waste Incinerator property was assessed separately from the former SDS properties utilized only for storage. A Phase I ESA reviews historical information about the site uses from the first time it was developed.
