SDS Plans to be Discussed at Next Town Council Meeting

Draft redevelopment plans for the SDS site will be discussed during the Town Council meeting on January 19.  Designers LandPlan Group South will be displaying several possible alternatives for the former SDS Incinerator properties.  Ideas for the redevelopment plans came from a community outreach meeting held at the end of September.  LandPlan Group will be accepting comments on the possible redevelopment plans.  Once a final plan is selected, artistic renderings of the plan will be completed.  These plans and artistic renderings can be used to help apply for funding to construct the project. The EPA Brownfield grant is funding the development of these plans; however, will not be able to fund construction.
