First TN Development District's Efforts Land $500,000 in Two EPA Brownfield Grants for NE Tennessee
May 01, 2009FTDD grant applications were successful in obtaining two Brownfield assessment grants from EPA. FTDD assisted Sullivan County in obtaining $300,000 for a site-specific hazardous substance grant, and FTDD was directly awarded a $200,000 community-wide petroleum assessment grant by EPA for the eight-county northeast Tennessee region it serves.
