Anderson County Tennessee was awarded a $200,000 Brownfield Assessment Grant from EPA Region 4 in 2008.  Planning for a Phase II assessment of the former La-Lite Block Corporation site in Lake City, TN is currently underway by the County's Environmental Coordinator Brian Jenks.
